Reading List

Here is a list of books and articles relevant to our research, listed in the order that we will be dealing with the material in evening lectures. None of these readings is essential, but they will give you an idea of the work we will be doing, as well as provide a background for the lectures. The popular books should be available at your local public library, and many are still available in book stores. The scientific literature should all be available at a University library (e.g. the Woodward BioSciences Library at UBC, Vancouver). We will have copies of a number of the scientific papers on hand in the field.
